East County Pregnancy Care Clinic (ECPCC) is a Christian non-profit ministry licensed to practice medicine by the San Diego Health Department. ECPCC is an affiliate of NIFLA (National Institute of Family Life Advocates), CareNet, and is endorsed by Focus On The Family as part of the national network of pregnancy centers that share in this common mission to offer alternatives to abortion.
