We would recommend that if you are getting your carpets cleaned you should request a Counter Rotating Brush Machine be used to lift the pile of your carpet and to also get an even agitation across the entire carpet. Then follow that with a rotary machine instead of the classic carpet wand for the best cleaning results. These are expensive machines but they definitely get great results.
