Radford City Florist has served Radford and the communities of the New River Valley since 1989. RCF has the most accredited designers in Southwest Virginia. Our head designer and owner, Jeff Corbin, has achieved the credentials of AIFD (American Institute of Floral Design), CFD (Certified Floral Designer), AAF (American Academy of Floriculture) and PFCI (Professional Floral Commentator's International). Less than 100 people worldwide hold these credentials simultaneously. Pictures of his work and many of his business articles have been featured in numerous industry publications in the US and Canada. Jeff travels frequently throughout the US for Florist Transworld Delivery (FTD) teaching business and design seminars to industry professional.
