Offers the kind of traditional Mexican cooking that we grew up with at home, using recipes that have been handed down in our family from generation to generation. Hi, we are Jessica Guitierrez and Lori Johnson owners of Rebecca's Mexican Restaurant in McAllen.The restaurant business has been part of our lives for about 30 years , starting when we were children. We learning our craft while growing up and spending a lot of time in the kitchen of Don Pepe's Restaurant, which was founded by our mother, Rebecca and stepfather, Homer. After our mother's death last year, we decided to open a restaurant of our own. We purchased Cabritos Nuevo Leon, wich opened in January 2017, remaning it Rebecca's Mexican Restaurant in our mother's honor.
