As a massage therapist I am constantly reminded of the complex workings or our bodies. Yet, as complex as we are, our bodies respond in remarkable ways to the simple application of therapeutic touch. Through observation and listening I identify my client's unique needs and blend a combination of deep tissue and other modalities to effectively accomplish our goals. The goal of my massage work is not only to relieve physical pain and strain but to also help provide the tools and resources needed to empower them to achieve optimal health and balance.
