Ringfit - functional strength exercises ( olympic lifts) combined with punches kicks knees and elbows on heavy bags. These exercises are done in succession for a specified amount of rounds at high intensity. We designed our workouts to challenge beginners all the way up to elite athletes . Our workouts are specifically designed to be able to build strength speed endurance and learn some fighting techniques as well. we also have boxing and muy Thai classes which are taught by former and current professional fighters. Our workouts change daily you will never do the same workout twice!!
