He specializes in at-home fitness Coaching & Personal Training for seniors and individuals with disabilities as well as those looking to eat healthy and learn to exercise effectively at a gym. Coach Ziggy's clients benefit by gaining strength, confidence, mobility, flexibility and independence through Core & Balance training, Cardiovascular exercise and Functional Movement.
