In 1991 Rose Velt Flowers and Gifts opened the original store in the Roosevelt Mall, located in Northeast Philadelphia. In 2004 we expanded and moved to 2844 Cottman Avenue, around the corner from the original store. Now it’s over 30 years later and we are still providing the best quality flowers available to our customers. We are a local, woman owned flower shop delivering beautiful flowers in Philadelphia and the outlying suburbs. We carry Asher’s chocolate, balloons and stuffed animals to complete your special gift.
