As to date, Rubirosa's homey and comfortable atmosphere has accomplished to welcome every occasion, from family-style group dining to drinks and antipasti at our cozy bar. Inspiration for the creation of Rubirosa remounts to visits to Florence, Italy from Owner, Angelo Pappalardo to a restaurant of equal name. So, what is the origin of the name Rubirosa? Well, history associates none other than Porfirio Rubirosa (1909-1965), World-Wide diplomat, socialite and skillful playboy; Rubirosa lived a life that many would envy.
