Chef / Owner, David Russo, brings his knowledge of and passion for Cajun and Italian cuisines to Russo's Restaurant, along with a specials menu that is updated nightly. Chef Russo learned the art of Cajun cooking at some of the finest and most well-known restaurants -- and under some of the most prestigious chefs -- in New Orleans, such as such as Gallatoire's, K-Paul's Lousiana Kitchen (under Paul Prudhomme), Commander's Palace, and Emeril's (under Emeril Lagasse). Chef Russo's Italian heritage also is apparent on the menu, where recipes he learned from his grandmother are highlighted.
