We are an urban oasis for soul-cleansing, body-nourishing creative vinyasa, yin & restorative yoga. Our goal is to help you access your strength but leave you feeling renewed through pranayama, meditation or elements of mantra often left behind in Westernized yoga. What is "sacred" for you is highly personal so when you practice with us the definition of "sacred" is implied, not imposed -- and each class is an opportunity to reconnect to what you hold most sacred. We offer over 70 classes each week, ranging from Beginner to Advanced in three diverse Atlanta neighborhoods As a locally-owned neighborhood studio, we believe your teachers should know your name. We welcome ALL Yogis to the mat - all races, sizes, "fitness" levels & offer a number of quarterly scholarships for those with a quantifyable need. Our classes are not over-crowded, but rather maintain a non-competitive, soulful vibe that creates an element of "space" and allows you room to move, breath and get clear.
