Saigon Cafe

Saigon Café was founded in 2016 by Chef Lam and Hoa. Lam and Hoa are immigrants of Vietnam who came to the United States in the late 1970’s in search for new opportunity. Stemming from humble beginnings, they have accumulated a wealth of experience owning and operating successful restaurants in the Tampa Bay area. Lam and Hoa opened their first restaurant, Lemongrass, in Tampa, FL in 1990. As their small business continued to grow, they decided to move to a bigger location in the Greater Tampa area. In this area was where they found one of the most successful Vietnamese restaurants in the Tampa Bay area, which he later sold in 2014. ​One year later, Saigon Café was established in the Zephyrhills area. Lam sought an opportunity to introduce the exquisite experience of Vietnamese cuisine to the locals of Zephyrhills. Coupled with over 35 years of experience, Saigon Café is dedicated to serving authentic Vietnamese dishes and delivering quality restaurant experience to family and friends.
