Our founder Doña Maribel has been working in restaurants all her life and 20 years ago she started with her first food truck in Los Angeles with a lot of success. She ran her truck for many years and then after that she moved to the city of light Las Vegas to try a new market with her cuisine. And you can taste the awesome flavor combination of the rich cuisines from El Salvador and Mexico that can only find in Santa Ana Cafe. A unique variety of flavors are in every one of our plates that you have to enjoy. For Us food is the unifier of cultures and people and our mission is to connect the Las Vegas Community with the flavors of El Salvador and Mexico
