Semper is a Latin word that means Always, Semper Fitness means "Always Fitness". Our name is the simplest form of our mission statement, it means we will only offer services that improve the health of our members. Typical health club amenities such as tanning, unsafe supplements or uneducated trainers will never be found in our clubs. What we will offer is a clean, safe and inviting environment filled with a community of members and staff who are respectful and courteous of others. Our company was founded with the intentions of showing others the incredible benefits of regular exercise and a sound nutritional plan.
