Chef Tony Sammour, who was born in Bethlehem started his passion for cooking at the age of 8. He started to share his passion in restaurant business in Flint, Michigan. Then moved on to Palm Spring, California... And in 2004 he opened his first restaurant in Doral, Florida which many recall it to be "Arabian Nights." There he served many people who have a great impact on society such as television, politics, and celebrities. After 8 years of being in Doral, Chef Tony and his wife Elizabeth moved on to Pinecrest, Florida (9519 S. Dixie Hwy in the Dadeland Plaza), where they are currently shine.
