Southwynd, Inc was born out of the public’s need for a full service professional contracting firm dedicated to service and performance since 1979.Dana South, MBA/TM brings over 35-years of combined experience in all aspects of the Florida construction industry. Although, formally educated in school of Business Administration, construction, as well as hands-on field experience in various trades has earned them the right to be called a general contractor.Our current market area is Tampa Bay Area. Previously, other major areas of development included projects throughout West Coast of Florida; Charlotte County has been the major area of development.
