Spectacle is Portland's answer to modern vision care and exceptional eyewear. Dr. Marc Schmitt created Spectacle to serve as a single stop for eyewear and eye health enthusiasts alike. Dr. Schmitt feels strongly that no one should have to choose between a thorough, patient-centric eye examination and an optical with unique, hand-crafted eyewear that will not only hold up to whatever you throw at them but will also look good doing it.
