We are a family owned Old Time Music Store that has been in business for 40 years and counting. The owner, Jim Steilberg, is a luthier (& musician) and for many years he did string instrument repair for 10 local stores & has designed & built instruments. Here at our facility we also have a qualified professional staff of music instructors offering private study on most string instruments and concentrate on being purveyors of select musical tools. The very nature of our industry, the production of string instruments made by hand from natural materials dictates that each one IS as unique as is the person who plays it. We cherry pick our products so that our clients receive a fine instrument every time. We reject a lot of stuff. We will also custom adjust your instrument to your described liking at NO extra charge.
