Nick Lynch Founder and owner of Superb Health Milwaukee Senior RKC Instructor MSOE Strength Coach Nick is a husband, father, brother and son. He has been a lifelong athlete, going so far as to play semi-professional hockey in Massachusetts. Nick began his strength training career as a trainer in 2001 working with athletes, weight loss, injury rehabilitation and general population under the guidance of a local Vermont legend for natural bodybuilding and strength training. He received his personal training credentials from the International Sports Sciences Association in Vermont in 2001. Taking specific interest in athletes, Nick earned his Specialist in Sports Conditioning in Milwaukee in 2006. Additional certifications include RKC-1 and 2, PCC and of course, CPR. Nick is now a top-rated Milwaukee based personal trainer and is a strength and conditioning coach for Milwaukee School of Engineering. He owns an exercise and wellness studio, Superb Health Milwaukee.
