I specialize in Watsu Aquatic Bodywork. It's like a massage in the water, but so much more. Your body is supported and moved through the water, which relaxes you like you've never experienced. The water is 97 degrees, and sessions last 60-75 minutes. Watsu can effect you physically, mentally, emotional and spiritually. It has to be experienced in person, to fully comprehend how powerful it can be. There really is nothing like it and nothing to compare it to. I hope I get the opportunity to share Watsu with you soon.
