"Tapas and Beer was founded 2011 in the beautiful City of Rancho Santa Margarita. Our Cuisine is inspired from an eclectic variety of Spanish, Cuban and Caribbean along with several other Latin American countries widely known as "Nuevo Latino". Our menu features a delightful variety of innovative Tapas (small plates) and delectable entrees rich in taste and culture. On the bar side of our operations we have 13 taps, frequently rotated, ready to the craft- savvy drinker."
