I have been in the restaurant industry for 8 years, I have great passion for cooking and flavors of different cultures and foods. Growing up in a large family in Indonesia my mother taught me how to appreciate and use a wide variety of food and spices. She taught me how to balance flavors for the best culinary experience. As the second to the youngest I also learned to appreciate and love people.
