The beef we serve is raised on local farms. The cattle spend their days grazing on acres of grasslands and are fed a mixed-alfalfa hay diet throughout the winter months. We personally inspect and purchase our beef. Processed locally in Celestine, IN at Sander Processing, we are proud to provide a quality product. Our beef is grass fed and 90% Lean.
