The WineSellar & Brasserie was opened by Gary and Lori Parker in 1988 as one of San Diego's first venues for storing privately owned wine collections. Centrally located, The WineSellar & Brasserie also features a world-class wine shop and romantic fine dining restaurant, The Brasserie, as well as a casual after-work bar serving local microbrews, craft cocktails, and of course, exceptional wines by the glass and bottle.
