The Yoga Room

Over 40 yoga classes are offered per week accommodating all levels of experience. The instructors are knowledgeable and certified in Beginner, Power, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Restorative and Classical Hatha Yoga utilizing asana, pranayama, therapeutic approaches, meditation and more. We also offer Jivamukti, Budukon, Anusara Inspired, Rock'n Roll & Hip Hop Yoga. Expand your practice. We are located on 44th Street just east of Peoria behind T-Town Bicycles.
