For five and a half years I worked for a very large corporate gym. During this time I began to notice that something was fundamentally wrong with the operation of this business. It was less about people and customer service, and more about numbers. By the time I left in 2007 there was almost a complete absence of quality control. So, I established my own personal training business. This has allowed me to take on less clients which in turn enables me to better accommodate them. Comparatively speaking, my prices are actually lower than the gym I worked for! This freedom continues to inspire and motivate me which I pass on to the client. This is a luxury service, and it's time to act accordingly.
