My passion for photography came from starting out as a journalist in high school. I wanted more of my copy to be featured with photos. After lots of help from my Newspaper and Yearbook Advisors, as well as other photographers and tons of research, I went to work shooting. I continued my passion in college and after college. I love being able to evoke emotion through my work. I look for a reaction when people look at my work. Being able to recall a memory or feel what took place in a picture is what we strive for and what fuzed my love for journalism and photography.
