Bruce Caulfield, a lifetime New Yorker, and Irish-American, always wanted to create a place that had the feel of an Irish pub, with the quality of a fine dining establishment. The story goes that in 1980 Bruce and his now partners Patrick and Michael O’Brien, vowed that they would open up a bar together. 20 years later it became a reality with the opening of Tracks Raw Bar and Grill, and they couldn’t be in a better location.
