Traditional Okinawan Karate

At the Seffner Dojo we practice Uechi-Ryu Karate - an Okinawan style of Karate founded by Kanbun Uechi upon his return from mainland China in the early 20th century. 7th degree Master Ken Washington teaches karate as he was taught from 6th degree Master Toshiyuki Itokazu and 9th degree Master Gushi - with rigor and attention to the many details that make Uechi-Ryu unique and special.
