I teach a natural movement-based approach to exercise that combines aspects of yoga, gymnastics, calisthenics (body weight strength training), weight training, and most importantly - common sense. Imagine if we moved all day the way most people move in the gym. We'd all be like robots moving in perfect straight lines and right angles. Yet we have the ability to do dramatically more movements than any robot, which is why there are countless engineers trying to make robots move more like US.So why in the world do we still try to do the opposite and expect it to make us more functional humans? You were designed better than any machine. My methods are about re-learning how to move like the strong, agile, and dynamic animals that we are.
