Mobile Professional Fitness Company that provides Professional Personal Fitness Trainers to your Home, Work, Gym or outside at parks. Training at home eliminates the fear and intimidation of the gym and you will feel much more comfortable. Hiring our Trainers outside of the gym and having your very own Personal Trainer gives you the freedom to train at your home or meet up at other locations to train. This makes it easier to get your workout in. Best of all, when you finish you feel great and rejuvenated. We specialize in all aspects of physical training, including weight loss, firming/toning, strength, endurance, body building, sports and rehabilitation. Training is provided for individuals 12 yrs and older. Private, Group and Corporate Training is available starting at $35 an hour. All workouts are 1 hour long and extremely beneficial. Our Mission is to better lives through Nutrition, Health & Fitness. Workout equipment is provided as needed and exercises are individually designed to fit your particular needs.
