Classes include Vinyasa, Hot Power Vinyasa, Traditional 26 Pose Hot Yoga, Restorative, Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga Nidra and more. The studio is equipped with a state of the art heat and humidity system used for hot classes, as well as many windows that provide natural light and a beautiful garden view. Our teachers have a wide variety of trainings and backgrounds, We strive for the best! True Yoga provides locker rooms with showers, amenities and changing areas. We sell yoga attire, accessories, and jewelry and art by local artists. True Yoga offers options in class packages, as well as monthly memberships.
