Established in 1998. Universal Spirit Yoga was the first Yoga studio established in Naperville over 12 years ago. We provide over 50 weekly uplifting and nurturing yoga classes including Pre/Post Natal, Baby and Me, Special Needs for KIds, Yogakids & Teen Yoga.
