Vallarta Mexican Restaurant was founded in 2006 by Juan Acosta. On a mission to create a revolution of Fresh, Fast and Good fast food Mexican Dishes. Juan Acosta came to the united states in 1993 were he started working in several restaurants, after 16 years and going through several different positions like being a cook, delivery man and General Manager, Juan knew that he was on to something when he realized that there was an opportunity to provide a better experience and quality in the restaurant industry.
