Venus Nails Day Spa

I think this is a great nail salon to go to as long as you are a regular. I decided to take my husband and 10 yr old daughter for pedicures and manicures one Sunday and everything started out fine, but once they got busy and regulars showed up our service went down hill fast. We were treated like more of a bother than a customer. I was getting a gel (shelac) manicure and the manicurist kept telling me to lay my thumb flat and it was my fault it kept getting messed up. I have had many other shelac manicures at other salons that turned out great without getting told over and over it was my fault it was getting messed up. And, on top of that, they had someone do my daughter's manicure that was obviously the husband of the owner and he didn't know what he was doing and her nails looked like a 2 yr old painted them. Luckily the owner saw this and re did her nails. But, what should have been a 2 hour visit to a nail salon, turned into a 5 hour visit because we were not regulars. Beacuse once a regular showed up, our service stopped or slowed down to accomadate the regulars
