Hi! This is Cathy From Vito's ! Vito's is family owned and operated and has been in business since 2004! All of our menu items are family recipes! My "Sugo", that's Spaghetti sauce for you non-Italians is my Great Grandmother's recipe ! We feature our house specialty "Chicken Spedini" boneless chicken breast cut in to strips tossed in Italian Seasoned bread crumbs, Parmesan, fresh Garlic and herbs! The chicken is rolled on a skewer grilled and topped with Amogio ! That's EVOO, parmesan, more fresh garlic, lemon and fresh Basil! Deliciosa! Don't worry about garlic breath...I have mints! I can't wIt to see you!
