My name is Jodi Winters and I am a native of Williamsport, PA. In 1979 I began working in the jewelry industry at a National chain store and then went on to work for an independent jeweler. It was always a dream of mine to open my own jewelry store, so after 2 years of careful planning in 1993 I opened my own store in Muncy, PA, which is located just 10 minutes east of Williamsport.''
