Yellow Elephant Yoga

Yellow Elephant is a yoga and mindful movement studio making the benefits of yoga accessible to all, as well as the opportunity to teach mindfulness, accessible to teachers. Movement and Mindfulness are universal. It picks up where language leaves off (although language points us in the direction). It connects us with the universe, thereby effortlessly removing boundaries and connecting us to one another. Mindful movement or practice, encourages members of the community to connect with their most authentic self, and encourages them to reflect it back into the world. Thus, the goal being to empower members of the community to explore and be their best, most harmonious, joyful selves.
