Yumcha Yoga

We created Yumcha Yoga because there simply weren’t any clean, welcoming and dedicated studios in Flushing, Queens for serious yoga practitioners. We wanted our class sizes to be small enough so that everyone could get enough attention from the teacher (something that’s just not possible in those huge gym/arena-style studios) and we also wanted the best possible experience for our yogis, so we curated some of the best yoga teachers in the whole of New York City to come all the way out here to share their experience and wisdom. We also regularly organize special workshops and classes, and also our annual Yoga in the Garden in association with Flushing Town Hall, just to keep things fresh for our yogis! Join our friendly and totally non-judgmental community, and refresh your mind, body and spirit!
