Zumba With Maryann

Established in 2008. I have been teaching group fitness in the area for over 25 years, and Zumba® for over 4 years. I am licensed to teach Zumba®, Zumba Gold®, Zumba® Toning, and Aqua Zumba®. I am AFAA and CPR certified as well.My passion is teaching group fitness classes that will help my students feel successful and that are fun, to keep them coming back. I teach everything from my night-time wild, fun party-like classes to classes for seniors, and chair classes for those who are injured or in wheel chairs. The secret to sticking with fitness is finding something you enjoy. So many of my students tell me that this is the FIRST fitness program that is fun and makes them want to keep coming. From the start of my first class, people have started enjoying working out, making new friends, and getting healthier! We have such a warm and welcoming group of students. New students are welcomed with open arms and often befriended immediately by existing students. It's a wonderful thing to see.
