(1101) W. Mineral is the home to Restaurant Solutions, Inc. (RSI), a Colorado-based company that provides operational and financial management training and tools for owners and managers of independent restaurants around the country. With strong ties to the community, RSI resolved to use their new location at 1101 as a place to bring the culture of Denver's art communities to a new suburban audience. 1101 strives to support the local artist and catapult them into a wider audience in the greater Denver market by offering an outlet to exhibit their work while providing Denver's south suburbs a space to encounter art, events, and a cross cultural experience.
