3D Medical Direct Primary Care

3D Medical is a Direct Primary Care Practice for patients 18+ yrs of age. It serves to all primary care needs and in addition provides its patients with certain in-clinic urgent and acute care, as well as in-clinic labs and procedures. The patient has 24/7 direct contact with the doctor, same to next day unrushed in-clinic appointments, and coordination of specialty and hospital care. There are no co-payments. Concierge Medicine for Medicare service is offered as well. Cosmetic Botox is a separate service our Board Certified Physician and Nurse Practitioner administer.
