7 Spears Martial Arts Academy

Seven Spears Martial Arts Academy offers Tang Soo Do and Muay Thai instruction to kids and adults. In our Tang Soo Do program we focus heavily on excellent technique and character development. Students learn discipline self defense, goal setting, perseverance and leadership while developing confidence and skills to help them succeed in life. Our Muay Thai classes focus on proper technique, footwork, coordination, reflexes, explosive power and fight strategy. We also offer competition training for students who wish to excel and perform at a high level.
