A Body in Motion Stays in Motion

Training can be held in my dedicated workout room at my home or I will also come to your home if located within 15 mins from my home. I am now training clients in parks as well. Frisco has some nice parks. I love exploring new places outdoors when the weather is nice. A change of venue keeps it interesting. I have also starting up a neighborhood Boot Camp!
