THE FOOD: Ethiopian food works best for those who enjoy sharing. It comes on large flat rounds of injera:- moist spongy crepe like bread with a slight sour tang. If you want a fork, you need to ask for one; otherwise, you scoop up your food with strips of bread. We also specialize in vegetable and grain dishes, whether its "Taste of Abyssinia" or "Abyssinia combo special" these foods are delicious and excellent choices that delight vegetarians. The Meat dishes of Beef, lamb, Goat and chicken are seasoned to perfection with exotic Abyssinia species which enhance aroma whether stewed or sautéed. The Ethiopian coffee ceremony is not your average cup of joe. Beans are freshly roasted and ground, then brewed tableside. It's a must-try. We also serve Ethiopian beer and wine. Vegetarian Buffet lunches are also provided from Tuesday to Thursday at a cost of $9.99 per person from 11:00am- 3:00pm. A 10% discount is offered with a presentation of a coupon for lunches and dinner. Ope
