Academy Jiu-Jitsu is a martial arts school located in the heart of Downtown Downey. Academy offers classes for beginners and advanced students for both kids and adults. With over a combined 30 years of BJJ experience our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu curriculum is led by world class Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt instructors Gustavo Carpio and Hector Beltran. As part of our Academy Combat Division program our member also receive training in Muay Thai, kickboxing and other striking disciplines. Starting any martial arts journey can be intimidating so we welcome you to come experience our family friendly, no egos, clean and safe environment by trying a class.
