I am an Assistant Trainer - Practitioner of The Feldenkrais Method® in the D.C., Montgomery County & Baltimore region. I hold regular classes every week, weekend workshops as well as private one on one sessions. Achieve Excellence Consulting is a Silver Spring, Maryland based practice that focuses on Mind/Body health and pain management.
