Active Life Massage Therapy

Active Life Massage Therapy welcomes all customers! I have been licensed by the state of California and have remained in practice since 2007. I provide individualized, therapeutic massage including modalities as Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Tui Na, Hot Stones, and Reiki. I also provide services via corporate chair massage events, spa parties, and home visits. In addition to providing customized services per visit to best meet your wellness needs, I will also provide exercises and stretches to aid in your progress so that you get the most out of every massage. My goal, as a Massage Therapist, is to help you to heal yourself.
