Ultimate health, physical fitness, and sport specific optimal performance. We focus on physical fitness from the core out. Workouts consist of: Cross-Conditioning, Cross-Training, Functional-Resistance Training, High Intensity Training, Fitness Fusion, Body weight, Free weight training, or Sport Specific. You can call it what you want, it's a workout customized to your wants and needs and at it's great for all levels and ages. Group classes are cross-training in a fast pace indoor dojo. Again, we work with all levels on a timer, everyone does their best at their own pace. PRIVATE 1-1 or Semi-private: Personal Training in private gym or outdoors settings. Available for morning sessions: 5 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. Customized 30 minute workouts, 3 times a week, with Free Assessment & Nutrition Program.
