Advanced Health Massage & Yoga

Advanced Health Massage and Yoga was renamed to add yoga to the balance of massage therapy in February of 2012 with a new relocation to its comfy home studio in Billerica MA. It's previous name was Advanced Health Massage & Bodywork Therapy (AHMYOGA), which started in 2005. After years of dreaming of having a massage and yoga studio as one, it became it reality, moving from Woburn to Billerica MA, where we have found a quiet and positively energetic healing space. Our Mantra, or positive thought here at AHMYoga continuously strive for better change and peace, living and breathing in the fullest bliss in the present moment. In the studio and off the mat, as teachers and students we have a mutual respect for one another and the interconnectedness of all things good. After changing our name to add yoga, we realized how well that fit together in a short form name, AHMYOGA. We proudly represent the sound of AHM in our name as the base, or source of healing our very essence of being.
